Our stay at Mantra Sun City was quite disappointing, with a mix of minor positives and significant negatives. While the customer service was accommodating, the rooms were in a terrible state of disrepair and cleanliness. The dining options were limited and not ideal, and the overall maintenance of the hotel left much to be desired.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location was excellent; it was just a short walk to the beach, and the ocean view from my apartment was spectacular. The staff were engaging and very knowledgeable. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room, as it did not match the images online, and cleanliness was a significant issue. Overall, it could be a nice place, but it needs a lot of updates and better maintenance.

The location is just a block from the beach, making it convenient to explore. However, some service aspects could be improved, and dining options were slightly lacking on our visit. Overall, it's a great spot, especially if you're traveling with kids.
